Deine Lakaien é uma banda de Darkwave da Alemanha,fundada em 1985 por
Ernst Horn e Alexander Veljanov.
Ersnt Horn é um qualificado condutor de orquestra ele dirige a orquestra de ópera e teatro em Karlsruhe, Veljanov com interpretação profunda e sentida das letras filosóficas com a sua voz característica..
Eles se conheceram através dum anúncio de jornal. Horn é inspirado pela dramática ópera, música medieval e folclórica;
Veljanov gosta de New Wave, Punk, Pos punk e Gothic Rock. Desta forma, basicamente duas pessoas diferentes, mas eles conseguem combinar os seus interesses e eles começam a criação de uma nova mistura musical.
O sucesso crescente levou a tocar em concertos não só na Alemanha, mas também toda a Europa. Graças a uma base de fãs sólida e seu status cult em constante crescimento, Deine Lakaien não tem medo de trabalhar em experiências musicais e outra vez. Em meados dos anos noventa a banda criou uma nova tendência com a tour Acústica. Volumoso music 'Wave' reduzido à sua essência, executada com piano e voz apenas. As pessoas ficaram espantados e o parecer sobre musica "new Wave" como um simples modo alterado.
