Hearts Fail é uma banda de Gothic/New wave de SAN ANTONIO, Texas,USA.
A banda é composta por Michael Lampe(baixo, backing vocals),
Roberto Medina(lead guitar), Ruben Verdìn(Bateria,Percussao),
E.H. Wagner II(lead vocals, guitarra, teclados).
A banda toca um dark com influencias de varias bandas tipo, the Chameleons UK, the Cure, the Sound, Joy Division, Echo & the Bunnymen, Bauhaus, Siouxsie & the Banshees, the Church, the Mission, the Psychedelic Furs, Ours, Smashing Pumpkins, Radiohead, A Perfect Circle, NIN, Placebo, David Bowie, Interpol, Mana, la Ley, Depeche Mode, V.A.S.T., Tori Amos..etc.
O primeiro trabalho da banda foi o lançamento do album "The Empty Promise" com selo proprio em 2004.
Em 2008 lamçam o EP "Medallion" tambem no selo Hearts Fail Music.
Em 2009 saiu o 2 album da banda intitulado "The Dying Season" novamente no selo no selo Hearts Fail Music.
