Ego Likeness é um duo de Gothic Rock/Darkwave/Industrial de Baltimore,USA.
.. Ego Likeness foi criado pelo artista e escritor Steven Archer(guitarra, vocal, sintetizadores, programaçao).e Donna Lynch(vocal, piano) em Baltimore, em 1999.A sua música tem variado de matérias-primas, obscuramente trip-hop experimental (Songs From a Dead City, 1999) para electronica temperamental e melódico (Dragonfly, 2000/2005 DFD) para uma fusão de rock industrial, darkwave (Water the Dead, 2004 DFD & The Order of the Reptile, 2006 Dancing Ferret Discs). Archer e Lynch incorporam vários projetos musicais para os álbuns, a construção de conexões entre as suas criações.Assinaram com a gravadora Dancing Ferret Discs entre 2004-2009, e está programado para lançarem seu quarto álbum em Metropolis Records ainda este ano.
Já percorreram os Estados Unidos , Alemanha, Polónia, Reino Unido e Luxemburgo, e tenhem tocado em inúmeros eventos Dracula's Ball (Filadélfia PA), Convergence 11 (San Diego CA), Eccentrik Festival I & III (Raleigh NC), Freak's United & Goth Prom (DC), The Black Sun Festival I & IV (New Haven CT) e Dragon Con 2006 & 2008 (Atlanta GA).
Eles tiveram a honra de terem efectuado uma turnê com os The Cruxshadows, Voltaire, Ayria, Angelspit e Combichrist, e terem partilhado o palco com The Damned, New Model Army, Chris Connelly, Collide, Razed in Black, Das Ich, Rasputina, Meg Lee Chin, Attrition, Carfax Abbey, Anathema Device, The Start, Iris, Decoded Feedback, The Azoic, More Machine Than Man, In Strict Confidence, Hypofixx, Still Life Decay, Nurzery Rhymes, nicki jaine (of Revue Noir), Dismantled, Thou Shalt Not, Anders Manga, Stromkern, The Last Dance, Abney Park, Android Lust, e muitos outros.
