The Faces of Sarah é uma banda de dark rock alternativo de Londres,Inglaterra,formados em 1999.
Sao influenciados por bandas como, The 69 Eyes, HIM, The Killers, Placebo, The Cure, Lacuna Coil, Nick Cave and The Bad Seeds, Sisters of Mercy, Anathema, Paradise Lost, Fields of the Nephilim, Killing Joke, The Mission, Type O Negative, Queens of the Stone Age, Muse, Pink Floyd, Roky Erickson.
Lançaram o álbum de estréia "Twentyfour" em Spiky Black Cat Records em 2000, que recebeu críticas favoraveis,o que os levou a serem convidados para uma tour no Chile, Japão, E.U.A., Austrália e Alemanha.
Por sua vez, tocaram com bandas como The Mission, NFD, Theatres des Vampires e Killing Miranda,no famosos Whitby Weekender.
2005 viu a banda de volta com uma nova linha, para õ seu auto-financiado Impurity EP / DVD. que foi produzido por Andy Reilly (Paradise Lost, Bruce Dickinson, Cradle of Filth, Moonspell, Quireboys, Pigface, Ásia), que impressionou Malicious Damage Records (The Orb, Killing Joke). Eles incluíram uma faixa do E.P. Impurity na compilação The Machine Clock Turns You On e contrataram a banda para um novo álbum.
O álbum Lament está disponível para compra em Malicious Damage Records e é distribuído em todo o mundo através de Cargo Records. Englova Paul Miles (ex Nefilim) na guitarra, que também o produziu.
